I can't seem to issue any refunds today. I have 2 orders that I need to
refund for a missing part on each. I keep getting the message "something went
wrong". I've been trying since this morning, and I still can't refund.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Try removing all characters from the refund message and try again. If it still
doesn't work you can manually refund via Paypal and then go back to your
order and click issue refund and it will update the page with the refund information.
