| I am trying to complete a NPB. I have waited the alloted time, and I see nothing
I am doing wrong. However, each time I try to add the item back to my inventory
and complete NPB, I get this message:500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.
So I must be doing something wrong, but what?

Are there any strange characters in the conment or remark fields?
Can you complete the NPB without adding the item again?
You can add it afterwards separately from the NPB process.
