Hi all...problem:
Accidentally marked order as completed instead of shipped and now can't send
the drive-thru email and also can't seem to change it back. any ideas?

But if I remember well, after 7 days when marked completed, you can't change
it back.

Anyway, who cares?
Status has no real meaning, and Status is just an option.

No no - he has 1 week:

When the status is changed to Completed, you can change it up to 1 week on
your Orders Placed and Orders Received pages.

But I just tried with a January order of a buyer, and can't set it back to
Shipped

Either a bug or a Policy change without edition of the Help page...

But I just tested, it works with an order you placed.

You can set it Completed and back to whatever you wish seconds after, so I guess
for a week.

In short it seems not to work only in orders received.

Now I'm thinking how it may work:

* if it's an order received, you can't change it back after having set
Completed, but the buyer can change it within 1 week.

* if it's an order placed, you can change it back after having set Completed,
but the seller can't.

This seems to be a kind of reciprocal policy, somewhat logical, but not very
clear why - and maybe it's just an implementation bug.

I'll post a ticket.
