Just got this screenshot by email from a customer, she experienced the problem
when adding a second batch and changing the shipping method form the 1st batch
(Keep order open) to the Parcel one. But instead she was able to select Invoice
to add a couple of batches more.

So seems a problem with Instant Checkout. The order goes to Russia so no VAT
or TAX calcs needed.

The only thing I noticed is one item packing dimensions are 0x0x0 and another
?x?x?.

Maybe the error should be a different one instead of ORDER_BATCH_ID_MISMATCHED?

Probably not, messaged me telling she tested with 1 set instead too and neither,
the screenshot is for that try.
