my store has not been open for a while. I opened store and received an order
and when i invoice i get this message (The page cannot be displayed because an
internal server error has occurred.) please help

You may have missed out on the whole US TAX thing and have a custom invoice template
that doesn't account for it.
If you don't have anything special in it, reset it to default and try again,
otherwise put the TAX lines in to your template.
