I want to thank all of the sellers that have sold me Legos. You've all treated
me well and resolved any issues as well or better than expected.

Occasionally we encounter a seller, whether here or other places, that exceeds
our expectations by a mile.

MrChad at https://store.bricklink.com/MrChad?p=MrChad#/splash is one of those
sellers.

I placed my order Monday night-Tuesday morning. It arrived in the mail 3 days
later.

But wait there is more . . .

I purchased 3451-1 Sopwith Camel a few months ago at a garage sale. It was
missing a few pieces that I have been gathering from my collection. A couple
of missing pieces I had to purchase are small 1 x 1 x 2/3 bricks (33286) that
are $8-$22 each. MrChad had them at an appropriate price so I purchased them.

He understood they are almost unobtanium and could easily get lost or dropped
when the package was opened. As you can see in the picture, he heat-sealed them
in their own bag, then placed the bag in another heat-sealed bag of parts.

There were 6 total heat-sealed bags in my order. All of them were packed loose
enough that I could verify what I received against what was purchased without
breaking open the bags.

Everything was there and I am extremely happy with the purchase. Had there been
a problem, his packing would have made it very easy for both of us to resolve
the problem: Bags still sealed and this is the contents.

Thank you and I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

Always welcome, positive anecdotes of transacting. Thanks for sharing yours.

On a side note: I've seen this before, how's it done?

Set yourself up as a seller so you can access data from the API before the Lego
acquisition then don't do anything on Store Setup. My bucket list project
for auditing Lego sets offline.

If you don't have a shipping method it will say that to everyone that browses
the store.

Okay, that makes more sense. Thanks!
