|
| I can't cancel offers.
Buyers paid but i had some isuue with parts.
I refunded them but now i can't cancel order anymore.
How can i solve and retain parts on My store?

I'm really sorry, I know it's probably a language thing, but I just couldn't
help chuckling at your user and store name.

I'm really sorry, I know it's probably a language thing, but I just couldn't
help chuckling at your user and store name.
I really should have stopped myself before hitting the post button...

I try to explain myself.
I canceled an order by making the refund directly.
Instead of canceling it from the orders by agreement between the customer and
the shop and subsequently refunding it.
Now I find myself in the situation that the order has been refunded but I have
to manually re-enter the items purchased without being able to retain to store.

Refunding doesn't actually cancel the order. Now that the order has been
refunded (and make sure to record the refund in BrickLink even if you did it
off-site), you can set the payment status of the order to None.
Then issue an OCR (Order Cancel Request), then cancel.

The refund is just PayPal giving the money back to the buyer. You also need to
cancel the order here: https://www.bricklink.com/retractOrder.asp
Even though it says "problem order" this is still the page for mutual agreement
to cancel. If you fill that in and complete the cancellation, then you get the
option to return the items to inventory. It will also cancel the bricklink fees
when completed.
