| Hallo liebe Bricklinker,
Ich habe folgendes Problem und hätte gerne von euch nützliche Tipps : Rechtssicherheit
bei Privatankäufen.
Ich wurde vor kurzen um eine nette Summe durch einen Betrüger erleichtert. Das
ist mir so leider noch nie passiert aber soll mir wohl eine lehre sein.
Wir als Verkäufer sind schliesslich auf gute Privatankäufe angewiesen.. also
ich bin das  das zählt für mich fasst zu den Wichtigstens bestandteilen für
meinen Shop.
Wie schützt ihr euch vor Betrügern ?
Für mich kommt jetzt irgendwie nur in Betracht dem Verkäufer zu sagen das ich
die Ware nach erhalt bezahle, schliesslich hat der Käufer gegenüber mir als gewerbetreibenden
Rechtssicherheit.
Auch wenn das viele Verkäufer wahrscheinlich erstmal blöd finden werden.
Mich würde wie gesagt interessieren wie ihr das handhabt .

After all, we as sellers are dependent on good private purchases.. well, that's
me for me, that's one of the most important parts of my shop.
How do you protect yourself from scammers?
For me, the only option now is to say to the seller that I will pay for the goods
after I receive them, after all the buyer has legal certainty over me as a business
owner.
Even if many sellers will probably find that stupid at first.
As I said, I would be interested in how you handle it.

ja mir ist klar das mir keiner im vorraus Sachen schicken würde und ich rede
auch nur vom rein privaten ankauf..
Ihr sagt sowas würde nur über paypal gehen ?

Maybe you need to explain - what is a purely private purchase in this sense,
and why would that seller believe a random buyer?

So what is it that you are suggesting? If a buyer says they are a business then
they can order from a seller of their choice and expect not to pay until they
receive the items? Bricklink doesn't really work like that as a sort of business
supplier to business reseller site.

So you want to use the business status to have some privileges (protection) as
a private buyer? I don't think it works that way. There can be a big difference
in legal protection, buyer rights and seller obligations and responsibilities
depending if it is a B2B or a B2C transaction.

Good luck with finding a seller that will send valuable items to a random stranger
that contacts them on the internet and only expects to be paid once they have
received the items.
Buyers choose sellers. So check the feedback first and only order once you are
happy that the seller is genuine and has a history of selling here.
Would you be willing to send items to a buyer with zero feedback that orders
from you but will only pay once they receive the items? You are much more likely
to be scammed that way as a seller than as a buyer that pays using a method like
PayPal.

feedback. I always keep these orders within my risk limit.
I use paypal which does offer some level of buyer protection. You might want
to see if your transaction qualifies.
It is very important that you start the process of reporting the seller to BL
by filling an NSS report.

PayPal mit Käuferschutz und Nachnahme sind die einzig beiden "sicheren" Möglichkeiten,
wenn es um reinen Privatankauf geht.
Über Ebay hast du den Käuferschutz.
Ansonsten bliebe nur eine persönliche Abholung vor Ort.
