Hello,

I have this minifig torso, but I can't seem to find it on here. Any idea
where it is from?

It appears to be genuine lego - it has the stamp on it.
It came with a dark tan Cape (also can't find it).

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers!

Custom print on a plain white lego torso is my educated guess.

I was thinking the same, the print has a fine rough texture to it.

What about the Cape though?

The cape isn’t Lego I think, it is too rough around the edges, too gauze like
structure.
If it is Lego it is torn a lot.

Found it, it's a custom print of Inspector Q. The jacket has frayed a bit.
