To my knowledge you can't do this. What you can do is apply an order to
a wanted list, but you have to keep in mind that if you order spans multiple
lists, the "apply" will not differentiate between the two. Also, if you have
the same part on both list, it will apply the order count to each as well.
I think everyone has their own way of tracking order, but I hate looking at store
with large wanted lists, especially when I've purchase a large percentage
of the parts. I tend to use the remarks field and put the set name or project
and then the order number in their so that I can move it to a "purchased" wanted
list and when my order arrives I can verify it off that. Then when I'm looking
through store to fill my missing parts, I don't have to scroll though all
the ones that I don't need anymore.

To do that more easily (but not perfectly simply), you can create a WL from an
order, from the last screen after ordering or from the order details.
Then you can search your order in your WLs. Each lot will appear at least twice,
once for the “wanted WL” and once for the “ordered WL,” you’ll then see the quantity
bought and you can edit the “wanted WL” quantity. (Better than having to juggle
with two tabs or spreadsheets….)
