Sorry I'm new to this site. Is there a way to make a wish list and then have
the site show you wish sellers might have all or most of what you want? Rather
then going into each store and hoping they have everything.

Yes, it's called a Wanted List here.
There is a heart icon towards the top right corner. Go in there to create a
Wanted List. Once the list is created and you have added all the parts/sets
to it, open it up and hit the green 'Buy All' button. You can then search
for stores and apply filters e.g by location.
