Anyone have tips on identifying whether a chrome gold 3001 is legit or not?
I bought one from the UK (through BL) and it looks like some parts I got from
chrome block city (rather yellow). Is there a lot of variance in chrome gold
parts from Lego?

Thanks. That is helpful. The one I just got is a red brick chromed over. It's
one of the reasons I'm suspicious.
