| Have tried 7 times since yesterday to issue a partial refund. I get to the "Review
Refund" page and click "Submit Refund" and receive this message: "Something went
wrong. Please try again."

Leave out any special characters in the comment field that might work.

Check your paypal balance, do you have enough in paypal to make the refund?

| I had a similar issue and decided to just issue the refund through Paypal and
eat the BL fee. If something does work, I'd love to know what.

| Be very careful with that stupid screen. I got it on a $0.18 refund I was issuing.
Kept trying to refund through-out the day. Turns out it had been issuing the
refund the whole time. I ended up refunding the buyer over a $1 on their $5 sale.
And when I asked the help desk.... "Gee that's too bad. No we can't give
you any sort of credit on your account."

| I have also had issues with the content of the refund comment field. If you
are trying to paste in a comment you might be inadvertently including a special
character even if you didn't type one.
@admin -- better error messages on this would help. If the error is something
in the comment field, say so and then let the user re-write the comment.
