| Have a real hassle of an order, now paid but intend to refund and cancel as it
violates my Terms of Service. If neg FB is left, is that an accepted condition
of Admin removal of negative? I know they are pretty tight under which FB is
removed.

Is it because they used a freight forwarding service? I doubt BL would remove
feedback if you canceled for that reason.

Yes, it is. They really need to do more to support stores, this is really unacceptable.
But whatever, at 5,000 successful transactions I think I can stomach a negative.
