If you don’t have filters in the way, I think this happens when you’ve browsed
stores “too much.”

May I kindly ask what does "browsing too much" mean? I am searching for the items
from my wanted lists. Do I need to wait to do that?

I don’t know what is “too much,” that’s why I used quotes 
There’s a “daily” counter but I don’t know on which “day” it runs. It may be
reinitialized during the daily maintenance (in less than an hour) or at 0:00
(just a few minutes ago).

Try after clearing the cache, remove the cookies and closing the browser?
