Hi, I have an order going to the USA from the UK, but I cannot set the status
to "shipped" - the dropdown only lists up to "packed". Any ideas please?

Thanks Poncke - I have tried that - the order is already set to 'packed'
but no further options... I am wondering if it's something to do with the
sales tax thing that has come in and the fact its a US order (I am not up to
speed on that tbh!)
But there's still no tick-box available to progress the order further...?

Noticed there was a post earlier from someone from the USA re a customs issue
and them knocking back lego parts will try to find post. Could have something
to do with the issue.

Yes.

Problem solved! The previous post poked something in my brain - I had taken
the status straight from 'Ready' to 'Packed', and bypassed 'Paid'.
Just went back in and updated to 'Paid' and then 'shipped' appeared
in the list...! Thank you to everyone who tried to help!

Nice - I should have added to my post, that I don't think you can go past
Packed if the payment status is None or Not Yet Paid.

In the settings of the orders received page you can select Separate payment status
from the order status.
