We do have onsite payment set up and have many orders from OH regularly.
The order consists only of parts and no sets.

Is it a new user? Do you have your store options setup where new users can only
use IC? If this is the case, they will never see the Invoice shipping option
and hence now shipping options available. I had this not to long ago. Under
store management you will see the setting.

Is it a new user? Do you have your store options setup where new users can only

This is a very serious problem for you, the cart page doesn't let you go
to the store as the buttons are disabled.

You are the only US store in my carts lists with this problem, the others show
everything correctly...

Yea, we definitely ship to Spain, not sure why you get this message.
If this happens to us is might happen to other sellers and non of us would know

I can't explain that message but ask anyway what precisely your buyer has
in their cart, and see if you can reproduce an error with that cart. Maybe there's
like a square kilometer sticker sheet because someone made a mistake entering
dimensions or who knows what There are 54 lots, maybe one of them is acting
up. It would explain why other orders to Ohio are fine while this one isn't.

It shouldn't matter but that doesn't mean it doesn't matter. You
have to remember the spaghetti code. Sometimes things that have no relation
to each other are link for some esoteric reason.

we sold many times with NO issues.
we have not gotten any response from BL.
If this is happening to us then it is happening to many other sellers without
them knowing it, we are still getting other orders coming through.

The only thing I can think of is that no shipping methods are available due to
weight or volume but I would find it hard to believe that it would crop up all
of a sudden for a store with your sales volume.

OK - it *is* a bug. It's an issue on the global cart page that does not happen
on the store cart page. I just tried it with the lot you pointed out, quantity
of 2, and I get the error on the global cart page but *not* on the store cart
page.

this as well. With the number of visits to my store, I would have expected at
least 5 orders today.

Bricklink, please fix this. You are losing money when your sellers are not making

I just checked your store and I could not reproduce what I saw with Heartbricker's.
That doesn't mean it's not happening but maybe it's limited to certain
stores due to their settings, like not having IC? Although I just tried another
store that is all-manual invoicing and didn't have the same issue.

I just went on your store and made it to checkout without issue.

Hopefully they can fix it quickly… I wonder if it is only people that have a
certain payment type (Only on Stripe, but not PayPal, or vice versa)

My view is that the problem has something to do with the context of the shopping
cart. If you are in the seller's store, and loading things into the cart,
you may not see it. If you go back to your profile, then click on the global
cart, and try to enter a specific store's cart, then you might trigger it.

Hey everyone,
Thanks for letting us know,
The workaround is to go buy the items directly in the shop and NOT use the 'global
shopping cart' feature- that seems to be the workaround.
This has been plaguing us all day, we're up to buyer from 7 states (including
our own).
We imagine many other shops may be experiencing it and the buyers might look
elsewhere without inquiring.
So far the consensus is that it is a bricklink bug in the 'global cart'
feature.
Wish we had any reply or indication that this is being worked on but so far we
haven't heard anything, hopefully it gets fixed soon as we're entering
the busiest time of the year.
