| Hello
a seller sends me a 10% coupon, the coupon status is "open" in my coupons section,
but I don't see how to activate it in the chekout process.

Is it possible your order doesn't meet the criteria for the coupon? A seller
could issue a coupon good for say, 5% off but only if your order is over $100.
If the order is under that amount, the coupon wouldn't show.

I just sent you a coupon for my store so we can see whether this is a pervasive
issue for you or just for this other seller. Obviously you don't have to
order, but you should see the coupon on step 3 - dropdown menu on the bottom
left of the box.

I guess you could try asking the seller to cancel the coupon and reissue it.
