| Is there a way to automatically send tracking information to buyers when you
purchase your shipping with PayPal? I just had a buyer request the tracking number.
I had to open PayPal, find the order and copy/paste the tracking information
and then email the buyer. Seems like there is a simpler way to send tracking
information or automatically send it when the label is purchased. I poked around
my settings but I didn't see a way to automatically do that. Am I missing
something?

I don't know of a way to link the BL system to Paypal, but you can add it
to BL so that it shows up on the order. You just need to go to My BL Setting
The on the top menu select "Orders Received Columns" and you should see the attached
image.
Then when you go back to your store orders you'll have a tracking number
column.

If you print the label from Paypal, theoretically the tracking should just upload
. I always assumed this went to the buyer's email address when I purchased
labels from PP. Now that I use Pirate Ship, I copy & paste the tracking number
into PP after I print the label. Mostly this is to show PP , the order has shipped.
I suspect these emails are in the buyer's junk folder somewhere. You can
also copy & paste the tracking into BL which then attaches to the order. I also
use "Drive-through" and I copy / paste the tracking number into this email I
send the buyer after the order ships. I edited the basic drive through email
and added my own text.

If you print the postage from paypal, the tracking number is automatically uploaded
to the buyer's paypal transaction.
