I had a buyer buy 1 part unfortunately it was listed incorrectly as a trash can
with 2 covers when it actually has 4 cover holder. I've changed the order
to packed I click on cancel at the top of the page and neither myself or the
buyer is able to actually cancel the order. Could somebody walk me through how
to cancel order. I greatly would appreciate your help.

You go to the order
In the top on the right you can Read " report problem "
Than go for the option "what happend"
Scroll down to option "mutal agreement...."
Select and your ready.
If they asking for a comment you can explain the reason.
Does not work. I get the same message wither on I click on report problem or
request to cancel. Take me to a page explaining the reasons I can cancel. I've
set the order to packed status.

With the edit order button you can change the payment status as none.
Change the order status to ready and then you can cancel the order.
