| Hi all,
Today a buyer has added parts to an already invoiced order.
Due to the added parts, the shipping costs are no longer sufficient, but I cannot
change them...
How can I fix this?
1. I'd like to change the shipping costs.
2. OR: I'd like to prohibit buyers from adding parts after invoice was sent.
Which method is possible and how should that be done?

I believe you can stop buyers from adding parts by marking the order as Packed.
I'm not sure why you can't adjust the shipping costs on the order the
buyer has added to.

Thanks! I will try that the next time .
Furthermore I have found the option to change the status from 'paid'
(set by buyer) to 'not paid'. After that change, I could edit the shipping
fee again.
This option is somewhat hidden under the 'edit order' button (two white
papers) next to the order id. I did not know what that button/picture was used
for, but now I have discovered it!
I think this change could give the seller the possibility to change the fees
and send a new (updated) invoice to the buyer.
In my case, the buyer was adding parts and after that the buyer manually paid
the invoice I had send yesterday. That made the process a bit fuzzy.
