Hi Everone,

As a new seller to bricklink I'm not sure how to operate everything. I have
a question about removing fake feedback. About a week or two ago I received feedback
saying their product did not work it was a dimensions portal. I checked all the
electronics before listing it they sent feedback saying it did not work. I asked
them about it and they said the USB needed weight I packed it with soooo much
bubble wrap I know it did not break. apart from that How do I remove the feedback?

Thank You I have tried this a couple of times but it just has not worked. I tried

You can't remove feedback left by someone else, only ones you have left.

You can't remove feedback left by someone else, only ones you have left.

I'd suggest removing the feedback you left for the buyer first, then working
with the buyer to see whether he or she would be willing to remove the negative
feedback as well. There's no way for BL to ascertain whether the feedback
is true or not, so it won't be removed unless the buyer is willing.

I've tried working with the buyer I did not want to post negative feedback
and I gave them over a week to respond.

It isn't necessarily false, it is their opinion. That is how bricklink administration
will see it too. How do they know whether you are telling the truth, the buyer
is telling the truth, or you both are and something broke during postage.

And given this is the seller who ust yesterday copied someone else's advert
post, and then lied about it despite posts being timestamped, I'm not sure
he should be encouraging anyone to make value judgments about the potential respective
honesty of him and the buyer.
