From the color guide:

https://www.bricklink.com/catalogColors.asp

You can go to see parts in all existing colors except (Not Aplicable), but you
can if you modify the URL:

https://www.bricklink.com/catalogList.asp?catType=P&colorPart=0&v=3

So just update that page to include a link to that one missing

Looking at a few at random, I guess that begs the question ... How many of those
are parts that are poorly color-designated in the first place ?

For example ...

Part No: Tricera05 Name: Dinosaur Triceratops Baby with Olive Green Top with White Horns and Beak Pattern with Brick and Plate
*
tricera05 (Inv) Dinosaur Triceratops Baby with Olive Green Top with White Horns and Beak Pattern with Brick and Plate
Parts: Animal, Dinosaur

Does the multitude of colors cause it to be not-applicable, or do we need a special
color-code for multiple ? That part has an inventory, which sort of makes it
an animal version of a minifig. It is, more appropriately, an assembly of parts.
