Seller said already shipped on 1st Oct 2021.
Today, 16 Oct, part still not arrived.
Sent 2 emails to seller to ask for tracking code. but no response yet.
Distance is only 350KM ( although 2 different countries)
So, how ?

2 different countries means a border and customs… and customs are not always
fast.

2 different countries means a border and customs… and customs are not always
fast.

Possible due to customs. Although I got parts ordered from China and Denmark
that took less than 10 days to arrive in Malaysia.
But what about the tracking code ? Should not seller provide it ?

It can also be random… or, rather, it depends on things we don’t know.

If they have one, yes, it would be logical to provide it.
(And if you paid with PayPal, they better have one because PP wants at least
electronic proof the package was sent to the correct address (and that generally
means T&T and delivery confirmation).)
You didn’t say when you e-mailed the seller. It’s week end and the seller could
also be checking on their sides before answering you….

It seems to be common. Four weeks ago you posted about this one that was a week
passed and not arrived.

It is the order that I mentioned in my previous post.
It took 10 to 20 working days for seller to process from paid to shipped.
Now, it looks like the shipping is late too.

Postal systems are going from bad to worse in every country. Prices keep going
up, service quality goes down. I would urge patience. Recently sent a package
from USA to Italy, took almost four months to arrive. Tracking showed two weeks
to get to Italy, but clearing Customs Office and postal delivery took nearly
3.5 months, within the same Country!

Yes, some time this does happen. Hopefully the seller can update me the tracking
code.

I filed the "Non-Shipping Seller Alert" for my Order.
Still not received since paid on 7th Sept 2021.
Seller asked to wait till 29th Oct. Sent email on 29th Oct to seller but until
now, no reply.
