| sorry if this is the wrong place...
be warned that if you have a sale to an Oscar Twarog he will just leave the order
unpaid until you issue a NPB then ask for cancellation as he made a mstake, 2nd
time hes done this to me and now signed up under another name and did it again
be careful with an Oscar Trarog or Jagienka Twarog, user names legiobrickshop1
and Buybrick65
is there anyway to ban his IP from rejoining and wasting time, his orders take
stock out of circulation, i put them on the stop list but he'll just resign
up with a new name
i dont want to ban all "0" feedback buyers as they are not all time wasters

Then figure out how to enable/configure for Instant Checkout. That will sort
out the ones who are able to pay, from the ones who will not.

| You can block buyers with negative feedback only. You cannot block zero feedback
buyers.
