Hi, I placed a parts order from a seller 2 months ago, and most of it was perfect
but one part was the wrong color from what I ordered. I messaged the seller right
away to let them know, they said they would send the correct parts right away,
but I still haven't received them. I messaged them three weeks after they
said they would send the correct part and then another two weeks after that (a
few days ago) to let them know that I still haven't received them. I haven't
received any messages back from the last two messages I sent, and not knowing
what else to do I filed a non shipping claim. Does anyone know what else to do
at this point? Most of the order was perfect, and I mentioned that nicely in
my original message to the seller, and gave them a lot of time to make things
right. I don't want a full refund of the entire order, just the parts I've
been waiting over 8 weeks for or a partial refund for the parts plus shipping
so I can order them from someone else. Would I file a Paypal claim at this point?
Any ideas or help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Does their page still look active? Are they making sales and listing new parts
etc?


I only ask because with COVID around, sometimes sellers just plain ol' end
up in the hospital.

Thank you. I actually just checked their store, with 59,000 feedback over the
years, and their store now has a sign that says they were suspended for three
or more NSS. I hope everything is okay with them. I actually feel more bad for
them than I do myself since they had such a great history up until the past month
when they started receiving a bunch of negative feedback.

How sad, yep that def sounds like something personal went wrong in their life
recently.

If it's the store I'm thinking of, clearly something happened to it about
a month ago. I would wait a bit longer, maybe a month, then file a PayPal claim?
(You have 180 days to file a dispute.) I don't see the point in starting
an NSS - the store is already suspended.

Another NSS isn't about suspension, but solving the issue with this order.

Sure, and if a big store gets suspended over NSS's and hasn't taken any
steps to resolve that suspension, they're unlikely to respond to yet another
NSS. Just my opinion.

I feel like filing a NSS would be the proper thing to do here? If they are ignoring
you, this should get a response. If they are away from their store for any other
reason, at least BL can shut them down till they are able to return and sort
everything out. At least no other buyers are left in limbo that way.. We don't
have a very large inventory but, we are at least close by. Let us know if we

It's a store with over 59,000 feedback. Most of their feedback is great,
but they've had quite a few negatives in the past month (along with positives
as well). Thank you!

You should be able to complete the NSS by now.
Open a PayPal dispute for a partial refund to get attention.

Thanks for the help all. I checked their page again today and their account has
been suspended. They have over 59,000 feedback but lots of negatives over the
past few weeks. I'm starting to feel like something happened with them and
I feel bad. At this point, I just want a partial refund and hope everything is
okay with the seller.

I've made multiple purchases from this store in the past and had nothing
but good service. As was previously mentioned, I'm going to guess that they
have something personal going on right now. Hopefully they come back around
soon and take care of this for you.
