I use brickpacker to sync my stores. However, it ceased syncing today and gave
an error which the owner of brickpacker has never seen before, so perhaps someone
familiar with API's can help me figure out what's going wrong. This is
the error I get:

Array
(
[description] = CONSUMER_KEY_REJECTED: blocked consumer_key: xxx
[message] = BAD_OAUTH_REQUEST
[code] = 401
[http_status] = 401
[error] = BrickLink update failed (401: BAD_OAUTH_REQUEST)
[status] = CONSUMER_KEY_REJECTED: blocked consumer_key: xxx
[href] = Orders Received
)

I replaced my consumer key with the x's. I tried changing the consumer secret
but it didn't work. The only option I see left is to unregister then re-register
but want to get help from the community before I try that.

Thanks!

Ok, figured out that it seems like I hit the API over 5000 times in one day,
so they locked me out. It shouldn't happen again, and I heard to unlock it
I need to send an admin the API key. I've sent a message through the helpdesk,
but have heard stories of messages not going through or it taking forever to
get a response.

I really need this fixed ASAP, so if any admin with the capable powers see this,
can I send you a DM with the key?

I'm pretty sure it auto-resets at the end of the "day".

Never known when then end of the day is though... midnight, maintenance, 24 hours
after you hit the limit... who knows??

Yes, the limit gets reset, but if you hit the 5,000 API, you get locked out of
it until you contact BL and get it unlocked.

I never got a confirmation email when sending a message to the help desk, does
that mean it didn't go through?

Can any admin who sees this possibly help? I've heard that a response from
the help desk can take quite some time and I need this fixed ASAP.

Thank you!
