Store: A Brick New World
Hello all. I have a prospective buyer who is trying to purchase an item from
my store but the order process appears to “freeze” before he can get to checkout.
Buyer has good feedback and has met the store minimum. Is anyone else encountering
this issue, and if so any ideas on how to resolve this problem? TIA!

No sure how to resolve it but when I put items in my cart and then click the
"Proceed to Checkout" button, it loads the next page except for the "Order Summary"
area on the right. It just has the colorful loading bricks animation and never
loads.

I also tried it in another store and there was no issue.

Hello,

I had the same problem a few days ago and than I checked for items, that aren't
avaiable for instant checkout. I would check your inventory for items without
instant checkout.

I hope it solved the problem.
