| | Is there a way to search ONLY stores that accept credit card payment, not paypal? |

99% of stores on BL are run by ordinary people as a hobby, so we don't take
direct credit card payments. Even most of professional stores don't take
credit cards, so for what's left, sadly the number doesn't justify such
a search.
You can pay with Paypal with your credit card with no fees to you and you get
buyer's protection a credit card wouldn't give you.

Not easily, but you can use the advanced search https://www.bricklink.com/searchAdvanced.asp
to search for sellers who accept Credit/Debit(Powered by Stripe) - it is not
easy since you need to know what you want, and can't just get a list of stores
who accept credit cards, e.g. if you want a clone trooper you will put sw1094
in the keyword and select the "seller ships to" option and then finally, select
"Seller accepts" options, choosing Credit/Debit(Powered by Stripe)

Why do you think that PayPal does not allow use of a Credit Card ?

The other day I helped a new user place an order with PayPal Onsite, and we couldn't
find a way to pay without login to PayPal.
Seems paying with Credit Card with PayPal (onsite), without account/login, is
not possible in BL.

That could be true. A number of years back, PayPal rolled out something called
PayPal Express, which I thought was an ad-hoc method of using PayPal for card
acceptance. Perhaps BL views it as excessively risky, esp where insufficient
address information is available.
