Oddly, that one isn't appearing on the USPS list from Sep 03. I see a BMEU
in Kearny, but it has resumed operation.

This facility is a P&DC, which is midway between a NDC (network distribution
center) and a DDU (destination delivery unit, a typical post office). Replacing
a DDU can sometimes be accomplished with a mobile unit. Replacing a P&DC is
a bit more involved.
