As pictured - anyone? Scored a great vintage bulk (including almost complete
6970) but these parts stumble me.

The torso is Lego-stamped and the pattern is printed but still looks homemade
(I believe previous owner has used a sharpie).

It is, nice find! Thank you. Have the head/hat and perhaps sellable for a few
bucks without the chain and with the sharpie marks.
