Pretty sure it’s not LEGO, but it does have me curious what it came from and

I am not sure of what sets it is in but they have a plate that is the top of
plastic box about 6x6 inches. The box has a battery in it and it makes the plate
vibrate and your items scoots across the plate. You can attach mini figures or
other items to them move. I believe I remember one that the box had sound also.
