Possible they used a couple customs to get an effect across. I'm pretty sure
nothing exists like that in lego form.

What type of part was it - a tile, a tube, a curved brick? The stripes on your
image were they a pattern/sticker/printed? What size was it roughly? What colour?
What was it part of when you saw it?

A bit more information from you will help us help you immensely.

I would remember it as very small, thin as a tile, max 3L long, with lines engraved,
like flutes bricks, monocolor white.

Sadly can't think of any part that looks like that. The only one that comes
to mind that "slightly" fits this sketch that's a macaroni tile is (exists
in white and yellow)
