| Hi,
I need to refund a customer that has paid too much for shipping, using PayPal.
As always in this case, I click on the "Issue refund" link of the order details
page.
After completing the PayPal form, when I click on the green button "Submit refund
to...", it says "Something when wrong, Please try again".
I've tried several times before sending this message, using Safari 14.1.2
and Google Chrome 92.0.4515.159 under macOS 11.5.2.
Can you check the link with PayPal, please.

Refund through the PayPal website and then the refund link on the Order Details
page to update the payment.

Refund through the PayPal website and then the refund link on the Order Details

Thanks for your suggestion, I will save it for the next time anything went wrong.
I have retry today and the "normal process" have worked correctly.

What happens if you try again without any punctuation in the notes field?
I have a theory that anything other than letters or numbers in the notes field
causes this error

the punctuation.
