| I had a recent order for a decent some of money "paid" last Saturday by paypal
echeck. Paypal stated funds should be received in 3-5business days so possible
based on time of payment Saturday evening it can still be received this Monday
(5th day if processessed this past Monday) although this seems slow, like there
is an issue with the funds. Anyone have similar experiences or different experiences
with an echeck payment?

Don't ship until it's cleared and money received.

| PayPal echecks normally take some time to clear. Don't ship until the check
clears. You may want to send a note to your buyer stating that you will ship
as soon as the echeck clears.

Thanks for the responses, I was holding off on shipping but started to think
I should just cancel the order as couldn't believe how long the process took
and concerned something was wrong. Luckily, the funds arrived just a bit ago
so appears all set...hopefully!

If your customer is in the USA, then eCheck is an ACH transfer from their bank
to PayPal. I have seen some suggestion that eCheck may be available from other
countries. If you do not wish to receive eCheck payments (for future orders)
there is a setting in your PayPal profile to turn them off.
