| It's possible you have items in your store w/out weight or volume* - try
going to your inventory page, checking off "Instant Checkout Unavailable" on
the left-hand side, and clicking "Go" to search your inventory for these items
(this will also turn up items that you've already specified are "Manual Only",
but it's a convenient way of finding items without weights or volumes).
*Specifically "volume bound" items without dimensions or "weight bound" items
without weight

| I have had a few messages from potential buyers saying they could not complete
purchases they want to make in my Bricklink store. I got one such message from
a buyer today:
The site says that the seller cannot ship the items using any of the shipping
methods available. Therefor not allowing me to continue onto the payment process
to make a purchase. I can see the items in my cart, but that is as far as it
will let me go. Is there a way around that, so I can continue?
I cannot figure out why certain buyers are getting this message from Bricklink
and certain buyers are not. In this case, the buyer was interested in a superlot
I have:
https://store.bricklink.com/tmxbricks?p=tmxbricks&itemID=257464084#/shop?o={%22invID%22:%22257464084%22}
Superlot #65303
Is it because these items are in a superlot that the buyer is getting this message?
I currently have USPS Retail Ground set up as a shipping method that should work
for this lot:
https://www.bricklink.com/v2/mystore/shipping_edit.page?id=117814
But I might be missing something. Since this is not the first time that potential
buyers have reported this issue to me, I thought I would ask in this forum to
see if anyone knew of a reason for the error.

| Thanks - I didn't know about this feature. It turns up mostly the catalogs
and magazines I have in my store, but not the superlot the buyer was looking
at - so that part remains a mystery.

Do you have the sellers protection checkbox checked that new buyers can only
use instant checkout?
Maybe the dimensions of the items exceed your shipping methods limits.
Add a manual invoice only shipping method and then the buyer can checkout.

We can't see your shipping method, so no idea what the restrictions are.
But the superlot contains 11 sets, and although you flattened the boxes, Bricklink
will calculate shipping with the normal boxes.
So imagine all boxes stacked together (would come to 48x38x80 cm), does your
shipping method allow for such a size?

| I just added it to my basket and the weight is over 97lbs... not familiar with
USPS services but that's a whole lot of weight so check that your shipping
method goes that high.
