These two sets (Monkey Kid 80021 and 80023) are months old and I entered them
into my BL store months ago but there is still no inventory for them. I understand
this is done by fellow BL people and for there work Im grateful.
What I don't understand is LEGO owns the site and has the correct inventory
information often unto 12 months prior to release so why is that they do not
add the information them selves on release?
If anyone out there enjoys doing this work I would be grateful if they could
upload these two sets soon.

Thanks

I bought the sets and reserved them for inventory. I have to order at S@H, so
it will be at least a week before I will have them.

FYI: my order from 8/2 for one small HP set (in stock) took 2 weeks to ship.
They seem to be really behind on orders.

I bought the sets and reserved them for inventory. I have to order at S@H, so
it will be at least a week before I will have them.

Yes. They even say to expect it on their website now.

Hi axaday, just wanting to confirm, am I to understand you will be adding these
sets to the parts inventory? If so thank you greatly for your service! I have
had these sets for months and was almost at the point of having a crack myself,
I think I am capable, but never really understood the process...

They are both complete except for 12 items that I have submitted to the catalog
but have not been approved.

Actually when you inventory a set you can start from the information Lego already
makes available.

If anyone out there enjoys doing this work I would be grateful if they could
upload these two sets soon.

If you have the sets in hand maybe you could take a stab at it? It really isn't
that hard (it can be tedious depending on the size of the set and whether new
elements need to be added to the BL catalogue).

Right, and if you know how to use BrickStore good/quicker than BL, then you can
import the Lego parts list from the set in Rebrickable, correct the file with
existing parts in BrickStore, and then import that as XML in the Bricklink Inventory
creation. Then just create in the BL catalog the new parts/minifigures and add
them manually.
