| Hey Nita. Just used it myself. Sent the request and 3-4 days later told me that
the package is lost and I need to file a claim. Sadly I can't file a claim
since I did not put insurance on the order.

| 1 month from when it was shipped. Buyer contacted me about their order and went
from there.

| Would just like to add something:
There was an insured item that I tried to do a missing mail on at about the 3
week mark. "Too soon", so I waited about a month. "Too late".
In short: Persist. When you get a response of "sorry, but have you contacted
the seller" or whatever... keep at it.

| Hey Nita Ray,
Have used several times, all end up being "lost"
Last one was "lost" after Leaving Tallahassee FL. I knew that by tracking.
Went to my local PO and confirmed. Got the "Package is delayed" in tracking.
Then get a phone call from the destination PO saying it is "lost" after Tallahassee.
Duh! - Why do the requests go to the destination PO?
Why not the Originating PO or even better, Tallahassee?
Weird thing is, it showed up 3 days later for the customer, Go Figure?????
The only good I have from it, is it makes the postage refund from PayPal easier.
