| I had a potential buyer from my store say that they were receiving a message
that said “The seller
can’t ship your order with any of the shipping methods available.” and can’t
complete purchse.
I have checked my shipping settings and even added a couple, but the seller is
still not able to buy anything and I can’t figure out what is wrong. Any ideas?

It's hard to tell without more information. I was able to go through the
whole process (except buying) without any issue.

It's hard to tell without more information. I was able to go through the
whole process (except buying) without any issue.

I have three shipping methods set up:
USPS First-Class Package
USPS Priority Mail Large Box
USPS Retail Ground
The potential buyer was trying to buy 41187 Rosalyn's Healing Hideout from
my store. I live in NC and as it happens, so does the buyer. But the buyer
is saying that although they can add the item to the cart, they can't complete
the purchase.

Everything looks OK to me, not sure what the issue might be. I was able to get
to the last step before buying with this set in my cart. Shipping was via USPS
Retail Ground for $14.33.

Thanks for checking it out. I will let the buyer know - maybe it is something

| I just got a message from buyer in Los Angeles, California USA who is unable
to make an order, I ship to all locations, so I've no idea what's causing
the issue!

Do you have an onsite payment method ?
