| Trying to check out in a German BL store. It says "Ships to me" at the top of
the page, but when I go to check out, there's a yellow box saying "Seller
does not support orders shipping to Colorado". I can click the checkout button,
but it just spins/loads forever and never lets me go any further. I did message
the seller, and as far as he can tell, I should be able to order.
Any ideas?

Does he have an onsite payment method so that BL can collect the sales tax they're
required to collect by law?

Not sure, since I can't even get to the shipping methods screen. I'll
ask.

Not sure, since I can't even get to the shipping methods screen. I'll

Just look at his terms, scrol down to "payment methods" and check if you see
"PayPal onsite"

I get this all the time too. Very annoying especially when I need to buy from
30 stores and half of them have that. Usually I just dislike the store and move
on, generally it means they won't ship to you.
