Hi, can someone help me please. When shipping to Russia I need a 'Addressee
Identification Reference Number' off the customer. What is this no.? Is it
their National Insurance no. ot their tax no.
My buyer believes it is okay to send his parcel without this number. I think
the parcel maybe returned (that's if I can get past the click & drop on royal
mail)
Any help would be appreciated.
