| Hi All - I'm wondering if it's possible to change the payment method
after placing an order. Here's the issue: I have a buyer from the EU, who
paid for their order offsite, so I don't have the IOSS number. I refunded
the payment and asked them to pay onsite, but they are telling me they don't
have a link to pay onsite. I noticed that for payment method they selected 'paypal'
vs. 'paypal (onsite)'. Is there any way for the buyer to change this
on their end? Any help here would be greatly appreciated, as it seems I cannot
print the shipping label without the IOSS number, which is not appearing for
me in the order details page.
Thanks!

| In the order overview page, you have an icon behind the order number. (edit order).
You can change the payment method via this link.

How did that happen? Did they order before July 1st?

| They ordered July 2. Now they have paid onsite but still i can't find the
ioss number. I thought bricklink generates a email with that info once the order
is paid?

Yes, and there should be a link in the order’s details page too:
https://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=2517#ioss
Er, no offence but, are you sure they are in EU? (E.g. Switzerland & Norway
are not in EU.)
I’m asking because they shouldn’t have been able to choose PayPal offsite.
Also check that there’s a VAT line in the details and a VAT column in the summary:

| They are from Denmark, so I guess not Part of the eu? I don't have an ioss
link, and there is no VAT on on the order summary page. But I am still unable
to print the postage slip without the ioss info, which I can't find. And
don't worry about offending me, I am ignorant on international shipping.
😀

No, Denmark is in EU.
So there’s two possibilities for them not having to pay VAT and you not having
an IOSS:
1. The amount is above €150 (ca. $180). That means the buyer will pay on delivery
(and there will be a fee and duty to pay too).
2. They are a VAT-registered business and BL knows that.
(Well, there’s a third possibility: a glitch in BL… but that never happens, right?)
If it’s one of those, then you don’t need the IOSS, the VAT is the responsibility
of the buyer.

| THANK YOU so much for this info! The order is indeed over that amount. I was
starting to get a migraine trying to figure out what I did wrong 🙃

Sorry I didn’t think about the conditions before: I should have told about them
in my first message and it would have been less complicated.
