a buyer(don't look at my page to see who) ordered from me, it all went smoothly
until they left feedback.
the feedback was "eh". I immediately messaged them and asked what was wrong,
in order to help improve my services and they responded back with "don't
ask". I then messaged them again saying that they were refusing to give me a
reason. they then responded back to me with "don't ask". I messaged them
a further time saying that what they are doing is what is destroying this community
, I then received another message saying "don't ask". I have filed for a
feedback withdrawal, but in the meantime , what should I do?

You should do nothing. You are not entitled to an answer. They left you a neutral
and you responded with a negative, that is an escalation. I don't see anything
that should result in the removal of their feedback but it is up to Bricklink.
Your feedback looks bad and retaliatory in my opinion. The obsession with perfect
feedback needs to stop. If they paid and didn't cause you any issues before
the feedback then you have no reason to leave the feedback that you did. Read
it as if someone else left it and see how it sounds.

to know why someone is purposefully harming your business?

I don't see how in the world that neutral is "purposely harming", especially
one worded like that. No one is going to even pay attention to that. In fact,
I'd say that your over-reaction is going to be a lot more harmful.

Agreed, I'd say the stomping and pounding in the forum is more harmful than
a neutral.

There you go, they look like the bad guy if anyone goes in and looks, but your
feedback still comes across as rude and retaliatory. If you can edit it you
might think about doing it after all their account is dead now.
