I want to ask if there is a tool o a way to create my inventory, with my personal
lego collection (a catalog with the Bricklink codes)

It is not to put on sale, just to have personal trakcing about what I have, what
can I built, and the future updates what I will purchase

You may “upgrade” to a seller account but leave your store closed and not submit
to the New Seller process.

But BL’s inventory tools are not really aimed at buyers / collectors.

You may prefer the https://rebrickable.com website or the BrickStore application.
