Hello everyone, I would like to know how I can delete an order from a buyer who
does not value me, because if I do not value it, it stays hanging on my panel
until I value it, my question is how can I delete it without having to pass for
the valuation?

It's not possible.
You can uncheck the checkbox ' Orders completed, feedback not yet posted'and
file the order:
https://www.bricklink.com/mySettings.asp
