| Hello,
The buyer already checked the paid box.
You can undo that in the order,
Click on edit order, in the orderpage itself,
And change the paymentstatus.

I can change the order status but not the payment.

Make sure that the order status is "Pending"
Order status: "Pending"
Payment status: "None"
Usually does the trick. You can separate the order status from the payment status
in your order settings.

Have you been able to solve it yet? I have the same problem. The order is on
"paid" but I haven't even added shipping costs, nor have I sent an invoice.
I can't get this resolved.
