So I have most of my inventory (21,000+ pieces) loaded into my store (that is
currently closed) and I know that I have most if not all of the pieces to certain
sets. Two of those sets are 76107 - Thanos Ultimate Battle and 76126 - Avengers
Ultimate Quinjet.

When I part out each set and create a new Want List, the "Have:" field is never
populated. How do I get the Want List to query my store inventory so that I
can see what parts I have and don't have (like the canopy for 76107) so I
know what I need to order to complete those sets?

Thanks

This is an excellent idea for a new feature, but unfortunately, I don't believe
that it is currently possible, at least not on BrickLink. The "Have" field must
be adjusted manually or by using the "Apply Order" feature. It may be possible
to adjust it automatically using third-party software such as BrickStore, but
I haven't tried it myself, so I can't help you with that.

You can, however, search your inventory for parts on your Wanted List. While
that may not be quite what you're looking for, it may make manually adjusting
the "Have" field a bit less tedious.

Under your inventory page, on the right side is an option for "parts from set
xxxx" or something to that effect. You can use that to see what you have, but
it doesn't filter by quantity, just color and part.
