| A UK based buyer has bought a couple of CMF minifigs from me and I can see the
order details. Oddly though whilst it has charged the correct amount for the
figures, it has applied ZERO shipping costs. I have a base level p&p cost of
£2.50 so this amount should have been applied as a minimum.
The order is currently reporting as Pending so I thought this might have something
to do with it? There doesn't appear to be a request for an invoice or revised
shipping though, just a regular looking order with zero shipping costs applied.
Am I missing something or is this some sort of bug?

Can you tell whether or not the buyer has been invoiced? If the buyer hasn't
been invoiced, simply add the shipping cost and send the invoice. It's possible
that there is missing information for one or more of the items ordered so the
base S&H cost wasn't applied.

Can you tell whether or not the buyer has been invoiced? If the buyer hasn't
been invoiced, simply add the shipping cost and send the invoice. It's possible
that there is missing information for one or more of the items ordered so the
base S&H cost wasn't applied.

| Doesn't look paid to me, no. You should be able to enter the shipping cost
and send the invoice from the order list page (not the order detail page which
you've posted).

| Just FYI, the buyer chooses the method of payment ("Payment By") and currency
("Payment In") before paying for the order. Those fields being populated doesn't
at all imply that the order has been paid.

| It says Invoiced: No right there on the screen.
This is a manual invoice order not Instant Checkout. You need to enter the shipping
and any handling charges you use on the Order Received page. (Or the Edit Order
page for that order.)

You have to click the "invoice" icon in front of the user's country flag
(looks like a white sheet of paper) and send the invoice.

No, you still have to send the invoice. It really is manual.
