| Hi!
I'm selling some parts to the customer in England, so according to new regulations
I have to attach VAT invoice. I see the information on the top of the order detail
page:
A VAT invoice along with your customs invoice must be included on your parcel
for efficient processing at the customs office. To view and print the invoice,
click on the “Download VAT invoice” link below.
But where is that link should be exactly? I just can't find it.

It is not where it should be. It should be on the Order Summary line at the top.
I have a paid UK order that reads: Download VAT invoice / Issue refund / Report
Problem
I also received a VAT invoice in my email. Did that show up for you?

| My point is that's my second order with VAT invoice. I checked previous order
and the link was where you said it should be. It was so easy and intuitive clear
that time, and I really didn't pay any attention to the details. This time
the order is paid, but there is no link and no e-mail with VAT invoice.
Any ideas? What it could cause?

It is not where it should be. It should be on the Order Summary line at the top.

Was it actually paid with PayPal Online and went through the Paid status?
