Hello,

I sometimes have the question from new buyers how this is being calculated. This
is an example. Someone bought €2,45 at a store but order total becomes €3,96?
Where is this calculation coming from? I can't found out. It's not with
shipping price or...? Can someone give me some more information about this?

Greetings Edwin

It could be the price with any handling fees/supplies fees if you have any activated
on your store... or any taxes if applicable to the buyer's state/province/country.

Maybe it has to do with one of the 'in progress' items here?

I was just commenting that a change log is something that the site needs and
here it is. I did not know about this! Thanks Jen!

Sometimes estimated S&H costs are shown but not on the shipping and handling
line.

Postage is TBD, the amount is based on similar orders with similar shipping methods.

I could be this setting if you have manual invoicing active for this shipping
method (see pic).

One of these settings must show the estimated fees to the buyer. It just may
not show it under the shipping and handling field.
